My work with SWB
For 2 years Icollaborated with Strays Without Borders to provide support to owners who have rehomed street dogs from North Macedonia.
I have a passion for street dogs and foreign rescues since adopting my own boy Arlo four years ago from Bulgaria and we have worked through many behavioural issues people struggle with when it comes to integrating foreign rescues into their new home including fear behaviours towards humans and other dogs, reactivity and aggression, resource guarding and separation anxiety.
I helped in the capacity of a trainer and behaviourist offering adopters 1-1 support pre adoption and post adoption in the form of webinars and zoom calls and while my in person business has now taken over my time and I am unable to continue to work with SWB, their charity and work they do for dogs in north Macedonia will always be close to my heart.
