Our 8 week Canicross for beginners course is coming Spring 2026

Sunday 8th March to 25th April 2026 - Sunday 3rd May (1 week off for Easter Sunday)

 

Wednesday 11th March to April 29th 2026 - 29th April

£120 for 8 week course or £200 if you join both groups to run with us twice a week!​​

Bedgebury has also offered us discounts for their car park and in their cafe so come get in a run and finish with a well deserved coffee & cake!
